I agree. The only reason I bring this up is I am moving away and I have all my clients workouts for the trainer taking over.
I was thinking whether the old workouts will be useful to the other trainer or not. With the combination of my sloppy writing and "Grave Diggers," "Gut Busters," and "Shark Monkey Pull-ups" I would just assume throw all the old workouts in the trash.
