This is the first time I've tried a program.
I'm 5'10 176lbs
I did have a post workout shake and meal.
I do think i'm eating enough, I have a huge bag of trailmix with me during work when i'm driving around. I have a quarter chicken breast and salad or sushi (shashimi) for lunch. I'm going to start making some hard boiled eggs as well, and eat a couple of those, and some oatmeal in the morning. But i've put my typical food intake on fitday.com and i'm getting around 4,868 cals and 203 grams of protein
