Most likely what you are experiencing is typical adjustments to the workout program which happens to most everyone whether you are a new or experienced weight lifter. Even with your job in which you lift a lot of weight your body has simply adapted to that type of activity. NROL, more than most programs, really challenges your body in new ways. I recently switched from the Men's Health Belly Off program to NROL and even though the core exercises were relatively the same I still experienced a few days of soreness...and I imagine when I switch from FL II to FL III that will happen again. Stick with it and the soreness will go away.

Good advice offered above as well in terms of eating. It's really important to eat 5-6 meals a day. You need that food for both energy and to build new muscle...otherwise you'll never progress (been there done that myself!). With your job that is going to be a real pain. Pack a cooler! Adjusting to a new way of eating is just as hard as a new workout but it gets easier over time.
