Workout A, Day 7

Warm-up: 5 min recumbent bike, level 3. watts: ~75, HR: 138

Squats: 70/8, 80/8, 80/8 (deeper squats really make a difference)

Push-ups (at about 30 degrees now): 8, 8, 8

Seated Row: 110/8, 110/8, 110/8

Step-up (had to go back down in step height due to lack of aerobic steps): 45/8, 45/8, 45/8

Prone jack-knife: 15, 15, 15
