I started the Huge in a Hurry "break-in" program and perhaps I did it incorrectly. The sets of 35 with quick reps were challenging for sure. I was paying attention to form and speed, as well as appropriate weight for each exercise, I thought. Days after I was in knots. Can't afford to get a massage right now, but I really wanted to get one. Ouch!
So, I only did two work outs in the beginning "break-in" and wasn't sure if I wanted to continue. I've gotten a lot of comment from people though along the lines of "Whoa buddy, just how big you wanting to get?" from co-workers and the person I'm dating. So, I wasn't sure if Huge in a Hurry was even something I wanted to do anyway. I think I'm pretty happy with my size right now.
