Advice for intermediate NROL-er
Hi everyone.
I'm not consistendly on this forum and have not completed a training log, but I have completed almost every program in NROL over the years and am quite happy with where I am physically. I've taken breaks due to life's challenges and a bicycle accident. Recently tried Chad Waterbury's Huge in a Hurry but it left me in knots, and I'm not even sure if i want to actually get "Huge in a Hurry" Honestly, at this point I'd just like to focus on stretches, maintaining the body I have and pain free lifting, but I almost feel bored with the NROL programs. Any advice would be great. Thanks everyone!
