Foam Rolling is a great idea. As earlier stated it just takes time and you will feel better.

I have another suggestion.

Your adductors are running out of anaerobic energy. Remember when you are working out you are tearing down muscle fibers. My suggestion would be to use Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) as a supplement. If the BCAA's are in your bloodstream when the muscles need them the muscles will recover faster and you will feel less soreness!

I have experiences the same thing and on time additional BCAA's really work. I personally use BCAA's from Apex. Just make sure to follow the directions to suggesed use.
