Thanks Julie,
I figured that it might be a "week link" but wasn't sure if it was due to something else....like a glute or hamstring issue or something.

They do get really bad DOM, just like my hamstrings, but it's gradually been getting better with daily rolling.

Are there any adductor stretches that are best, that you recommend?
