Adductor soreness
After reading Tony Gentilcore's blog post about foam rolling adductors specifically, it made me question why my adductors are often unusually sore.
Usually after I do lunge variations(especially heavy reverse), my adductors are usually very sore in relation to my glutes or quads. Is there an underlying problem I should be aware/concerned with?
I have been foam rolling them specifically for quite a while now, but I can almost always find a "hotspot" or tender spot, but it's getting better.....even though they're tough to get to with the roller.
