Day 1
Squat 3x5 165lbs
PR
Military Press 3x5 80lbs
Chinups 3 sets of 6,4,4 (don't think I rested enough between sets)
The squats were a lot easier this time around. I did catch my self stopping maybe just a few inches above parallel, which is probably why they felt easier. I'm getting close to my 1 rep
PR which is 175lbs (only 10lbs away). I think this time I'll take much smaller jumps in weight to build myself up to it. Kind of crazy to think that I'm only 10lbs aways form my 1rep
PR and I'm about to reach it for 5 reps.
