OK, here are my goals:
1) 15 Full Push-ups on floor
currently 15 on bench
2) Squat 10/85lbs
currently 15/55 lbs
3) Deadlift 15/80 lbs
currently 15/50lbs.
4) Complete NROL4W 6 month program
