Practical Programming
Week 3
Day 3

Squat 3x5 160lbs Personal Record!!
Bench Press 3x5 125lbs
Pullups 3 sets of 3,2,3

Pullups were harder because I actually used an outside shoulder grip. I think before I was doing about shoulder width grip.
