Friday 6th march
woke up without any pain for the first time in ages and today and today has been relatively good overall for my back (apart from when i got crushed on the train )

pullups - 7.5,6 (shoulder hurts )
captains chair -10,10,10
ab curl - 10,10
negative handstand - 30s to lower x 3
shoulder *raises 6kg - 10,10,8
bicep curl 14kg - 3, 12kg - 6, 10kg - 8, 6
