Goals
I realized I didn't mention my goals in my first post.
But here they are for 2009:
- Squat: 225lbs for 5 reps
- Bench Press: 225lbs for 5 reps
- Deadlift: 265lbs for 5 reps
- Military press: 135lbs for 5 reps
- Chin ups: 3x15reps at BW
I'm using the 5 rep goal, because I'm currently focusing on PRactical Programming which makes you go 5 reps per set
