Goals
I realized I didn't mention my goals in my first post.

But here they are for 2009:
  • Squat: 225lbs for 5 reps
  • Bench Press: 225lbs for 5 reps
  • Deadlift: 265lbs for 5 reps
  • Military press: 135lbs for 5 reps
  • Chin ups: 3x15reps at BW
I'm using the 5 rep goal, because I'm currently focusing on PRactical Programming which makes you go 5 reps per set
