110 x 6 (each leg)(55# in each hand)

D - PALLOF PRESS 3x10
20 x 10 (each side)
25 x 10 (each side)
25 x 10 (each side)

Notes:
Was not feeling strong today, so I mostly kept the weights the same as last week despite the greatly reduced volume.
