Squat 3x5 135lbs
Military Press 3x5 75lbs
Pullups at BW 3x3
Squats again were more difficult but I still think I can keep going up by 10lbs. As for the pullups, they were very hard! I think I'm going to progress very slowly with them (if at all!).
