Strength 2 Question
I am not totally sure about how the reps and weight in Strength 2 work.
Some of the exercises are sets of 4,4,4,12. I assume this means work up to your maximum weight on the 3rd set, and then do a lighter weight (as heavy as I can manage) for the set of 12?
The other sets are 4,4,8,12. Does this mean that I should do my max weight on just the second set, and then do a little less for 8, and less for 12? I can't seem to find an explanation for this in the book.
