Yes. Don't do any overhead work or highpull like movements at all. No dips, either.

You might cut down on the pressing a bit, too. Substitute shoulder rehab movements and more pulling movements for at least some of those exercises, if possible. If you ever had PT, consider adding some of those movements into the routine.

Our modern day lives have a tendency to cause an imbalance toward tight pecs and a weak back, so most of us benefit from less pushing and more pulling.

Limit any extra pressing to pushups and movements where the scaps are free to move, like standing cable presses.
