For those of you who are not aware of just how interesting a guy Jamie is, here's one of his recreational cardio activities:

He also is one of the very few guys who trains professional MMA athletes, and is a hell of a combat athlete himself. Let me add to this that I regularly discuss (and get his advice) on the technical & practical side of advanced dieting techniques for a range of sports.

Ain't that the truth Alan, Jamie is one of the most well-rounded individuals in this field that Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have worked with him at several camps and clinics, and I'll tell you the truth, that this man could speak on any number of topics from: conditioning for MMA, Olympic Lifting, Competitive Bodybuilding, GPP/Sports Specific, etc. he could even get into more outlandish and thoretical subjects as Wilderness Survival, Aristotelian Logic, The Scientific Method and Research for strength and conditioning, Sleep Deprivation, More info on the scientific nature of Macro-nutrients than anyone would ever want to listen to, training attack dogs, running a successful commercial gym...I could go on for days about the topics he is fluent in.

Jamie is a true Rennaisance man, and on top of that, a helluva guy and a great friend. This summit will be lucky to have him, amongst what is already a VERY STRONG group of presenters...
