Waz Gunna training was going to Squat 10x10 again, but my hip was sore
and I was tired, blah blah wah wah
the closest thing to training was on the trampoline
with the kids
jumps x 9000000
somersaults x some
handstands x heaps
wrestling till i made one of them cry x 2
the kids rode me like a horse x far to long
10 x 10 squats would have been easier
