If you can afford it, it probably won't hurt you (though the treatment is quite painful); however, it is quite expensive for a therapy that really is a dice roll as to its success.

Thanks very much for the feedback. Indeed, it's difficult to find extensive biceps tendinopathy studies. I've been grasping at straws lately - PRP, stem cells, prolotherapy, PEMF - due to the lack of research pertaining specifically to BT.
What might you recommend for someone who has failed conventional methods (up to and including surgery)?
