What effect do you think the extra cardio will have: make you more or less hungry?

Longer SS cardio would always kill appetite for a longer period but it would come back with a vengeance. Since drinking more carbs during a workout, this effect has gone away and appetite would come back sooner.
Since you're feeding your cardio now too (chocolate milk!) , it might make cutting more , not less difficult. I do wonder how your stomach will take to the milk. It might look attractive if you love chocolate but I truly question if you'd be able to run on it... you might get too nauseous.
