Hey I am glad you are still around here if even just to lurk. We are not all judgemental to skinny folks... LOL! My daugher is nearly 5'4" and only weighs about 115lbs. I have had people tell me her whole life that she has food issues.

You and many others are watching this cut. Last time I did a cut my log hits increased significantly. I expect the same to happen this time. The cut is always more fascinating it seems. I'll try to be good and keep the log pretty up to date...

Thanks Ladies and I hear ya on the 105lb and still thinking you look fat thing. It is ridiculous how hard we are on ourselves. To put this all in perspective though my daughter really does have a close-to-perfect body. I am sure there is a flaw somewhere but I can't seem to find it. She is very genetically blessed. My friends and I used to tease her and put fake spells on her that her left boob would drop (just the left one). It really isn't fair for one person to have all that luck... Still it was really nice to hear her acknowledge and appreciate her gifts.

Today is better. I can actually perform a bw squat with only a little teeth gritting. I am led to believe that I should go do my workout even though I am in pain so tonight I hit legs again. I will either be completely crippled tomorrow and Sunday or it will be better. (crossing my fingers....)
