Strength III typo or not?
I searched for this but couldn't find any mention of it....
A couple of questionss:
1. For workouts A and C, shouldn't the set of exercises after the first lift be a superset with rest, as in B and D?
2. In workout A, are we really supposed to do squats again in that 2nd set of exercises (superset? see #1)?
