Scoliosis - Need to alter exercises?
Hi!
I just started the NROLW and am loving it!
I have fairly severe scoliosis with three curves in my spine (double-S) and wore a back brace for 24 hours a day for 6 years. I do not normally have pain in my back, but do have lower back pain on occasion (not work out related). I assume I should not put any weight on my shoulders, back and neck... right? Should I be altering any of the exercises in the program or avoiding any of them all together?
