Default Elbow Pain (golfers elbow)

I did a search and didn't find all that much - i'm not fully sure if what I have if golfers elbow, either. any help would be great.

1. When did the pain begin?
Just came out of nowhere midway through a session involving lots of heavy bench pressing

2. What were you doing at the time? Or did the pain come on gradually over time?
noticed it between sets.

3. Where, anatomically, is the pain?
Inner left elbow.

If I find the inner bone on the elbow (the kind of pointy one.. lol sorry)
then move just back from there, that area is very tender

4. What does the pain feel like? Sharp? Dull? Aching? Stabbing? Shooting?

Dull or Stabbing its hard to say.

5. Is the pain constant, or intermittent, or only on certain motions?

Hurts when I touch it, or when doing something like a tricep extension with weight.

6. What motions make your pain worse?
extensions, but only with weights. Also dips and bench hurt, but not as much.

7. What, if anything, makes your pain better?
If i dont move it, it doesnt hurt.

8. Does your pain radiate to any other part of your body?
no

9. What things could you do before, that you cannot do now because of your injury?
nothing, it just hurts when I do them. my strength has not gone down.

10. What is your main concern regarding the pain and its consequences?
I could care less about the pain currently, it hurts pretty bad - but I can deal with it. I'm more concerned that it will get worse.

11. Have you ever injured that part of your body before? If so, how?
not this area.

12. Is your pain getting worse over time? And if so, how much worse over what time period?
its only been about 5 days with the pain. Seems pretty consistent.



Anyone have knowledge of this? the area hurts, and there is a good amount of pain - but its not a stupid amount of pain. If that makes sense.
