Reps and Weights Query
Hi all,
Am giving the book a try, just started Hypertrophy 1 after doing the break in program. Did workout B this morning and nearly collapsed from exhaustion but just made it through, boy did I sweat.
Have a query in relation to the changing reps, eg 15, 10 & 5 and what people are doing for load.
I'm thinking heavier on the 5 x 5 sets and slightly lighter load on the 3 x 15 & 4 x 10?
