Deadlift 3x8x 105/105/110 Tried 105 and it seemed easy so went up to 110. WOOT!!

Prone Cuban Snatches 3x8x5
Crunches on Swiss Ball 3x8x10(arms extended over head and feet on ball)
Rev. Crunches 3x8xBW
Lateral Flexion (side crunches on ball) 3x8xBW
Prone Cobras 120/120/120 WOOT!!!
Total of 33 minutes on treadmill warmup, intervals and cool down -- 2.5 miles total.
Intervals were 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 8.3, 8.0, 7.5. Walking 3-3.5 between runs.
