Workout A, Day 2 (2/6/09)
Warm-up: 5 min recumb. bike, level 3
Squats: 70/15, 70/15 (went deeper into squats)
Push-ups: 15, 15 (30 degrees)
Seated Rows: 80/15, 80/15
Step-ups: 12/15, 12/15
Prone Jack-knifes: 8,8
NO cardio today. very fatigued.
