Workout A, Day 1 (again, 1/28/09)

Warm-up: 5 min recumb. bike

Squats: 105/15, 105/15 (70 + bar weight)

Push-up: 15, 15 (30 degrees)

Seated Row: 80/15, 80/15

Step-up: 10/15, 10/15 (each hand 10 lbs)

Prone jack-knife: 8, 8
