Deadlift: 50/15, 50/15 (50+ bar weight, so 75?)
Shoulder Press: 15/15, 15/15 (still fatiguing on recovering shoulder)
Lat Pulldown: 70/15, 70/15 (tried to go up to 80, but too much yet)
Lunge: BW/15, BW/15 (still feeling like I'm gonna die)
Ball Crunch: 8, 8
