Front Squat - Push-Press 3x8x35
Step-ups 3x8e x(17.5/20/20)e
1-Point BD Rows 3x8x(17.5/20/20)e
Static Lunges 3x8ex(20/20/20)e
Push Ups 3x8xBW (on step)
Planks -- 3x(105/60-30/60-60)
Wood-Chops 3x10x15e

2 miles on treadmill -- 26 minutes.
