warm up
pullup variations:
band assisted chin ups 2x6
negative pull ups 2x1 (lowering for 20-30 seconds)
pull ups - 3,3,2
lunges + 8kg 3x10 per leg (my sciatics hurt too much to do pistols)
press ups - plyometric on a medicine ball 3 x 10
Dr McGills abdominal crunches 2x10
