Well, the time is now when I'm looking forward to coming back into the cycle of training again. It will yet be a few weeks before I'm back in and on top of it, but I'd like to start preparing now.

With that said... what should I do to prepare and start back up again? How should I approach the gym once I step foot back in. All of those questions in regard to diet and exercising.
