Notes:
- felt really good and strong last night, it was still f*&n hot 35C (95F) in the garage. It got up to 43c (109F) yesterday and its meant to be hotter than that over the weekend
- sled drag was waaay easier than last week, i was running with it. I did have grippier shoes than last week on which helped a bit to get it statred
- gm's still suck
