50kg x 7 - felt shit
50 x 8 - was much better

d - abz
Rev Crunch

Russ. Twist x 30 x 3
Burpee x 10 x 3


Notes:
- felt really good and strong last night, it was still f*&n hot 35C (95F) in the garage
. It got up to 43c (109F) yesterday and its meant to be hotter than that over the weekend

- sled drag was waaay easier than last week, i was running with it. I did have grippier shoes than last week on which helped a bit to get it statred

- gm's still suck
