Default A broken big toe. Questions/Concerns

Well as of a few days ago I was on a nice bulking cycle with a good program ready to take on new challenges. Today... a nice broken toe on my right (dominant) foot. And boy does it hurt....

I'm hoping maybe someone has had this experience before so they can tell me how they dealt with it. I have a few questions though, as always. How long should I wait before I can really go back to the gym? How long can I wait to do my lower body again (like squats, deadlifts)? And of course, how can I maintain the muscle I have? Also, they told me I'll pretty much have permanent arthritis in my big toe... will that effect my lifting forever? What about any supplements?

I do expect to be out for at least two weeks (at that time I might be able to do upper body exercises?) if not more. This is the first time I've broken-sprained anything in my life, so I don't know how to react to it. All that I know is I'm pretty mad I can't be in the gym at this time.

Any feedback would be great; support is what I need right now!
