sciatica feels pretty good after sleeping with a big pillow under my knees.

warm up
pullups - 6,2,4
pistols - 6
press ups (feet on step, 1 hand on medicine ball) - 10,10,10
plank - 1 minute
side plank - 1 minute
calf raises on step +5kg - 13
preacher curl 20kg - 10,10
