Well, one more work out and I'm off to FL 1. I'm excited, but it looks pretty brutal. I get to jump on the scale come Monday. I haven't weighed since I started NROL. Started at 243. We'll see.
From what I hear, FL is, indeed brutal. But your work in here has been great! And congrats on your health improvements!
