Break in Workout A last week of Break in

Squat 1 X 15 X 95 lbs
1 X 15 X 105 lbs

Static Lunge 2 X 15 X 85 lbs Alternating with:
Two Point Dumbell Row 2 X 15 X 35

Push ups 2 x 15 X BW Alternating with:
Swiss Crunch 2 x 20

Well, one more work out and I'm off to FL 1. I'm excited, but it looks pretty brutal. I get to jump on the scale come Monday. I haven't weighed since I started NROL. Started at 243. We'll see.
