Dead Lift 2 X 15 @ 95lbs
Step up 2 X 15 @ 25 lbs Alternating with:
Dumbell one arm shoulder press 2 X 15 @ 30 lbs
Close Grip lat pull down 2 X 15 @ 100 lbs alternating with:
Crunch Machine 1 X 19 @ 130 lbs 1 x 13 @ 130 lbs
20 mins treadmill (had to make sure the new shoes were good)
