I did a weigh in and got some measurements this morning. I have a lot of work to do but its very manageable.
Weight - 209 -24 till goal
Waist - 37.5" -3" tg
Gut - 39"/41.5" -5" tg
Chest - 44" +2" tg
Biceps - 15" +2" tg
Neck - 17" -1" tg
Thigh - 24.5" +/-0" tg
Calve - 17.5" +1" tg
While losing 24 more pounds, Id also like to add an inch or two in my chest and arms while losing a few inches in the waist, gut and neck.
