Break in Work out A #3 Jan 23

Squat 2 x 15 @ 95 lbs
Static Lunge 2 x 15 @ 75 lbs Alternating with:
Elbow out Dumbell row 2 x 15 @ 35 lbs
Push ups 2 x 15 @ BW Alternating with:
Swiss crunch 1 x 20 , 1 x 15

20 mins treadmill
