Today I was able to do 400 yards without resting! It may seem small to some, but man I worked for this. I did it in just under 12 minutes, and I felt good afterwords.
In a couple of weeks I'm going to to test run of a triathlon sprint and see how I'm able to bike and run after swimming. I honestly don't think it's going to be much of a problem. After I'm able to breath for a minute after swimming I don't feel tired at all, so hopefully biking and running shouldn't be too difficult.
