So I did take yesterday DAY 3 easy cause of the elbow. Feeling much better today.
Food:
1 waffle, bagel, 2 granola bars, 1 cup black bean soup, 2 cheese enchiladas, mexi rice, corn, 2 slices of turkey, 1 cup SF pudding.
Weights:
1/2 hour full body stretch
Did about 500 crunches
100 oblique crunches
