I've been using Cateye Cadence for over a year now without complaint.

mileage, trip mileage, cadence, top speed, avg. speed, trip time, time of day. It's sleek, easy to install, has BIG numbers, and is really easy to change views (even with cold weather gloves on).

I use in conjunction with a heart rate monitor, and so the only thing I am lacking is GPS which I can live without for now.
