Workout B4 (done on 01/21)

Squats 4x10@115lbs
Deadlift w/ shrug 4x10@115lbs

Bulgarian Splits 4x10@15
Step ups 4x10@15

Reverse crunches 3x15

Much better results than my previous lower body workout. The loads felt right for this rep/set scheme.
