b - sled drag - backward
sled(40kg) +46kg x 20m x 4

c- good mornings

30kg x 12
40kg x 12 x 2

d - abs circuit x 3
reverse crunch x 11
russian twist x 30 (15kg)
burpees x 11


Notes:
- deads were good
- kept the GM's really light, they felt much better than last week
- i have missed sled drags, so fun so much pain
