Lightbulb Success. Doing it the right way.

"Success is simple. Do what's right, the right way, at the right time."
~Arnold H. Glasow

For me, what's right? Leigh Peele. The Fat Loss Troubleshooter and Leigh's work with me have been instrumental in helping me get to where I am now. Down 25ish pounds. With only 15-20 to go.

I am doing what's right. (In other words, fat loss is not an opinion.)
I'm doing it the right way (for me).
And there is no time like the present.

I decided to start a new log. Not that I'm not still focused on my health, because I am. But now that my health is on the right track, and I know the right things to do for it, it seemed a good time to start a new log with a new focus.

My plan.
1. I'll be cycling calories and carbs in a program Leigh set up for me that seems to be working well. Why change something that ain't broke?! I probably won't post many details here outside of just some general statistics here and there. If you want more detail, just ask.
2. I'll be logging some workouts ... not a huge number ... mostly yoga and treadmill work. But probably 2 resistance workouts per week. I'll be honest ... they are light stuff ... just to keep me from dropping too much muscle while I'm shedding the last of this fat. No PRs for me just yet!! (We'll see what post-fat loss looks like for me!)
3. I'll be setting some specific measureable goals over the next few days/week. I'll post them here and you all can help keep me accountable.
4. I have an accountability partner. She and I will be trading stats and she will kick my ass if I am slacking. One thing I found lacking after I stopped working with Leigh was that accountability factor. It seems that I don't care if I let myself down because, damn, I want that *insert food item here* NOW!! My accountability partner will not let me get away with that crap, just like Leigh didn't.

So that's it.
Comment away ...
