Well espi like I said, the Internet isn't the place that I discuss my medical history. Suffice it to say, when one is battling a serious illness, weight loss really isn't high on the priority list-sometimes weight gain is on the priority list. Your trusted inner circle of medical professionals are your best source for advice and information regarding whether your illness is at a point where it makes sense to stress your body with calorie deficits, hard training or both at the same time. Life is full of risks. I am blessed to have my own self assembled team of licensed professionals, including a couple of traditional MDs who help me make decisions about my training.
