Red face New to post

I like mixed bag workouts...a bit of old school lifting, some crossfit training, and core and functional work...last work out included lovely weighted rotational lunges...50 pullups with assisted pull up machine, alternating DB presses on ball, Reverse curls, and dips

I try to go quick and to the point. make more use of my time in the gym
